<p style=”text-align: justify; “>Kirron Kher, MP Chandigarh unveiled the plaque to lay the foundation stone of the Civil Dispensary in rehabilitation colony, Sector 52, Chandigarh in presence of Asha Jaswal, Mayor and Chanderawati Shukla, area councillor. She also start the work after performing bhoomi pujan.<br></p><p style=”text-align: justify; “>Speaking on the occasion after laying the foundation Stone, Kher appreciated the Municipal Corporation for providing better facilities for the citizens of Chandigarh. She lauded the MC for improving and upgrading the existing infrastructure facilities in the sector of Primary Health and providing new dispensaries in other areas. She said that people of the area will have primary health services nearby their doorsteps with the provision of this dispensary.</p><p style=”text-align: justify; “>The Member Parliament also inaugurated three High Mast lights in teen shed colony area, sector 52. These lights have been provided by the Municipal Corporation at a cost of Rs. 15 lacs.</p><p style=”text-align: justify; “>While briefing about the project, N.P. Sharma, Chief Engineer said that the dispensary in sector 52 will be spread in plot area of 0.35 acre whereas ground floor covered area of the building is about 4016 Sqft. A roughly expenditure to the tune of about 85 lacs will be incurred in construction of the ground floor of this building in the first phase and would be completed within one year time period.</p><p style=”text-align: justify; “>He further said that this building comprising of doctor rooms, injection room, Pharmacist (registration room), Laboratory, ANM room, examination rooms, gents/ladies toilets, toilets for disabled and store rooms.</p><p style=”text-align: justify; “>Sanjay Tandon, president, BJP, Chandigarh, Rajbala Malik, Ravi Kant Sharma, Dalip Sharma, Jagtar Singh, Shakti Parkash Devshali, Bharat Kumar, Shipra Bansal, Mahesh Inder Singh, Kanwarjit Singh, Hardeep Singh, other councilors & officers of Municipal Corporation and prominent persons from Chandigarh and local residents of the area were also present during the occasion.</p>
