Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has left for a CBI court in Panchkula in a massive 200-car convoy. The court will pronounce its verdict in a rape case filed against the controversial godman-turned-actor at 2pm. Large parts of Haryana and Punjab, including Chandigarh, are on the edge as thousands of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh’s followers have been camped in Panchkula for at least 48 hours now. The Army has been called in and police in Chandigarh have warned Dera Sacha Sauda supporters from entering the Union Territory.
