65 yr old male found COVID-19 positive in Chandigarh Total 9

65 year old male found COVID-19 positive in Chandigarh with no travel history. He is a resident of Nayagaon. Total number of cases is now 9 in Chandigarh.

Status update on samples taken and results of testing:

1. A 32 year female resident of Chandigarh is admitted at Isolation ward of GMCH-32. She has tested negative for nCoV.

2. A 23 year male resident of Chandigarh (contact of 8th COVID-19 Positive case of Chandigarh) is admitted in Isolation ward of GMCH-32. He has been sampled for COVID-19. Report is pending.

3. A 23 year male resident of Chandigarh (contact of 8th COVID-19 Positive case of Chandigarh) is admitted in Isolation ward of GMCH-32. He has been sampled for COVID-19. Report is pending.

4. A 40 year female resident of Chandigarh (Primary contact of 8th COVID-19 Positive case of Chandigarh) is admitted in Isolation ward of GMCH-32. She has been sampled for COVID-19 today.

5. A 35 year Male resident of Chandigarh sampled at Civil Hospital, Mohali. His repeat sample report is awaited.

6. A 29 year Male resident of Chandigarh admitted at Isolation ward of GMCH-32 with travel history to Canada. He is tested negative for nCoV.

7. A 31 year Female and 28 Year Male (From Same Family) resident of Zirakpur, Punjab admitted at Isolation ward of GMCH-32 with travel history to Qatar. Both have tested negative for nCoV.

8. A 6 month baby girl resident of Zirakpur Punjab with travel history of Australia admitted at PGIMER. She is negative for nCoV.

9. A 56 year Female resident of Punjab with history of travel to France & Spain admitted at Isolation ward of GMSH-16. She is negative for nCoV.

10. A 26 year old Female resident of Punjab with no travel history admitted at GMSH-16. She is negative for nCoV.

11. A 33 year Male resident of Mohali, Punjab admitted at GMCH-32. He has been sampled for COVID-19.

12. A 32 year male resident of Chandigarh admitted at GMCH-32. He has been sampled for COVID-19.
