The district administration Panchkula on Thursday issued new orders for shops or establishments related to essential commodities.
According to the new orders of District Magistrate, Panchkula Heath institutes like Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Clinics etc., Chemist shops will remain open on all days from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
The shops or establishments related to essential commodities like Atta, Chakki, Ration, Milk/Diary, Fruits & Vegetables, Groceries/Kiryana Items, Meat & Poultry will open on all days from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM in the territorial jurisdiction of Panchkula District.
However, Civil Surgeon, Panchkula will supervise and ensure that emergent services, wherever required are delivered 24×7 and Drug Control Officer, Panchkula ensure opening up of few chemist shops as per requirement on 24×7 basis.
