An extensive selection of classic and innovative cocktails, mocktails, single malts, whiskies, vodka, beers and fine wines form the beverage repertoire at Stage, which will be available for the guests from August 1, 2016.
Located on the first floor of the hotel, Stage overlooks the bustling lobby and portecochere and provides a pathway to Italian restaurant, Piccante. The design philosophy blends beautifully to the character of Stage, with vibrant orange that interplays with brown hues and elaborate woodwork. Artefacts that are inspired by the traditional music culture of India add depth to the space, while soft lounge seating and impeccable service creates a soothing and inviting setting. Here, contemporary design marries the classic touches.

Architectural design of Stage
The design of the restaurant expresses the personality of the bar – relaxed, elegant and upbeat. The décor is driven by musical instruments, furnishings are pale grey and beige with an infusion of vibrant orange. Tables are wooden and metallic. The Bartenders dress up in stylish and funky uniforms keeping up with the Stage philosophy as a lifestyle bar.
Cuisine Served
Stage offers an array of interesting and authentic Indian and western bar snacks. The menu is light and emphasis is laid on using only fresh products and ingredients. The food menu includes tapas bowls (Chilly basil prawns, Beer batter fried fish, Tandoori bharwan mushroom, Paneer papadke gular, Murgchaap) and pizzas and tandoor and tawa items are available late in the evening.
Beverages Served
Stage offers a large variety of premium whiskies, variety of wines by the glass, selection of international beers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and premium alcoholic pouring brands. There is a strong attention to the selection of ingredients used in cocktails, from the chosen spirit to hand squeezed juices and home-made bitters. Well prepared drinks are served at perfect temperature, wines are selected to reflect the best styles from good regions and international brands. Premium bottled beer from international brands is served. A wide range of spirits are available both for pre and post dinner drinks.
